*Terms of Fee Refund & Course Withdrawal (Ranchi Jurisdiction)1. The 15-Day Milestone Penalty Structure Refund thresholds are strictly time-bound from the exact calendar date of admission or the day the batch officially commences at the Ranchi center:
- 0 to 7 Days: Refundable after a flat administrative deduction of Rs. 5,000 plus 18% GST, plus any applicable digital payment gateway processing overheads and the cost of dispatched study packages.
- 8 to 15 Days: Refundable after a flat administrative deduction of Rs. 10,000 plus 18% GST, plus digital gateway processing charges.
- Beyond 15 Days: Absolutely 0% Refundable. No partial or prorated reversals will be entertained for voluntary dropouts, change of stream, or relocation once this window closes.
2. Mandatory Verification & In-Person Compliance
To prevent fraudulent claims or unauthorized third-party interference, the application chain must be executed strictly as follows:
- In-Person Submission Only
- Location: Lalpur/Ranchi Center
- The application form must be collected and submitted physically in person by the student along with a parent or legal guardian. Submissions made via friends, relatives, or over messaging platforms will be voided.
Complete Inventory Return
Physical Asset Clearance
All physical books, specialized modules, printed monthly current affairs magazines (CLAT Mate) and unused mock booklets must be returned completely intact and unmarked.Account Payee Payout Details
Banking Reconciliation Provide a cancelled cheque or bank passbook copy matching the student's father or mother's name.
Approved amounts are processed strictly via Account Payee Bank Transfer within 10 to 14 working days.
3. Disciplinary Forfeiture Clauses
- Behavioral Dismissals: If a student is rusticated or terminated due to non-disciplinary activities, classroom nuisance, or cyber-bullying on the academy’s online portal, all claims to a refund stand permanently forfeited.
- Staff Misbehavior: Any instance of a parent, guardian, or student misbehaving with the faculty or center management at the Ranchi branch will lead to instant cancellation of enrollment with zero financial liability on the academy.
4. Legal Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
Governing Law & Ranchi Jurisdiction:
In the event of any dispute, difference, or interpretation conflict arising out of these terms, the matter shall first be referred to a Sole Arbitrator appointed by the Director of the Academy. All legal proceedings, consumer court grievances, or arbitral hearings arising from this contractual agreement are strictly subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India only.
