OFFICIAL NOTICE: TERMS OF FEE REFUND & COURSE WITHDRAWAL
?This document establishes the official policy regarding course withdrawals and fee refunds at National CLAT Academy. All thresholds and timelines are strictly bound to the exact calendar date of admission or the official date of batch commencement.
?1. Time-Bound Penalty & Refund Structure
?Day 0 to Day 7: Reversible subject to a flat administrative deduction of Rs. 5,000 18% GST. Any applicable digital payment gateway processing overheads and the cost of dispatched study packages will also be deducted.
?Day 8 to Day 15: Reversible subject to a flat administrative deduction of Rs. 10,000 18% GST, alongside digital payment gateway processing charges.
?Beyond 15 Days: Absolutely Non-Refundable (0%). No partial, prorated, or full reversals will be entertained for voluntary dropouts, stream modifications, or student relocations once this window closes.
?2. Mandatory Verification & In-Person Compliance
?To ensure transparency and prevent unauthorized or fraudulent third-party interference, the refund application process must strictly adhere to the following workflow:
?In-Person Submission: The refund request form must be physically collected and submitted in person at our designated office (Lalpur/Ranchi Center). Submissions routed through friends, relatives, or over digital messaging platforms will be treated as void.
?Guardian Endorsement: The application must be jointly signed and submitted by the student along with their parent or legal guardian.
?Physical Asset Clearance: All provided physical textbooks, specialized learning modules, printed monthly current affairs magazines (CLAT Mate), and unused mock test booklets must be returned completely intact, unmarked, and undamaged.
?Banking Reconciliation: Applicants must provide a cancelled cheque or a legible copy of the bank passbook matching the student's father's or mother's name. Approved amounts will be securely processed strictly via Account Payee Bank Transfer within 10 to 14 working days.
?3. Disciplinary Forfeiture Clause
?Behavioral Dismissals: If a student is rusticated, suspended, or permanently terminated from the academy due to non-disciplinary activities, classroom nuisance, or cyber-bullying on the academy’s online portal/app, all claims to a refund stand permanently forfeited.
